The country that learn from past to built the future. The country that represent interest of black men in America. The country that can built strong structure, taking best idea’s from environment. That look sensible to built that country on the post secessionist states where were the plantations functioned. On which blacks carried slavery job without payment. The size of such area should be proportional to size of population of blacks and having proximately 200 thousand square miles. The space occupied by such country should be cover North florida, Georgia, Sth. Caroline, Alabama.
The whites that already exist there should be asked to relocation from those states and exchange their property with black families who Decide to migrate into that new country. The money taken from repatration could be wonderful founds that could serve to invest in built those country. Should be those operate wisely to obtain most results. The leaders of that new country should be full competent and Trustworthy, to avoid mistakes either corruptions.
The fights over creation of new country should be taken both on the street as well on court where prominent black intellectuals could reason of creation that country.
